I typically lift, but just started Insanity, so my lifting is now down to 2 days a week. When I'm finished, I'm going to bump it to 4-5 times a week.0

I lift daily, so does my buddy MightyWarturtle. I'm still sad they do not have a mass gaining ticker on here yet. I am definitely still cutting weight, will be for at least a year maybe 15 more months, but he's trying to build mass. I'll add ya, but make sure to add him.0

Yes, if you count the wimpy weights, nothing over 45, No if you don't. I am still healing from a tear in my rotator cuff. So taking it slow and easy.0
