All Cereal Diet?

Any one tried this?

You just eat a bowl of cereal, with 2% milk.
Every meal
Every day

FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

& the weight just FALLS OFF!

    The best cereal is Captain Crunch. It tears the roof of your mouth apart, you can't eat for a couple days.

    I'm pretty sure anything in a bowl counts. I'm eating pizza as my cereal.

    I actually know someone who did this. Not on purpose though. She was just too lazy to cook and liked cereal a lot. Specifically Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

    I had a family friend do it & she lost over 30lbs.

    My only concern would be that you aren't getting enough of other nutrients.

    I'm sure it works, just not sure how healthy it is!! If it's fruity pebbles, lucky charms, cookie crisp... Nooo! Maybe something a little better for you!

    Wouldn't it be nice though? LOLLLLLLLL. Sigh. I can't remember the last time I had Lucky Charms. They were always my favorite :) Ok really it was the marshmallows but who cares! Hahhahaha. Instead I eat lean protein, vegetables and fruit. No Lucky Charms all day darn it!!!

    Really sounds like my dream diet. I can see it now...

    Breakfast - Reece's Puffs
    Snack - Golden Grahams
    Lunch - Cocoa Pebbles
    Snack - Crunch Berries
    Dinner - Cinnamon Toast Crunch

    I know someone who did she ate oatmeal..all flavors(instant) and lost alot of weight. As soon as she quit it all came rushing back and fast. NOT A GOOD IDEA!

    I did it for dinner but ran into MAJOR trouble...first you add a sliced banana then a couple strawberries, of course one must have toast with cereal and toast gets topped with pb. Then when there is milk left in the bowl, which there always is, you should pour more cereal in the bowl to cover the deficit and of course you need a 2nd piece of toast and pb to go with the leftover milk cereal combo. Top all of that with a couple glasses of wine and the cereal diet could exceed 700+ calories per meal. Just saying... :)

    The university I work for (in the UK) evaluated the Kelloggs cereal diet where you have cereal for breakfast and one other meal. Proper meal at the other time of day.

    You "drop a jeans size"

    Its pretty similar to Slim Fast if you think about it.

    tha'ts probably because she started eating like a gluten once she stopped. which is why diets don't work
