What workouts do you do?

I try to get into the gym 2-4 times a week. Not counting the past two weeks, I tend to normally go in every other day or almost every day. Depending on how busy the gym is & what's available, I warm up with cardio either on an exercise bike or the elliptical (or both if I'm wanting to stay there for a long time). I do 15-30 mins on the bike & 35 mins on the elliptical.
Then cool down by doing weight lifting/training for another 30 minutes to an hour. I tend to focus on upper body/cardio or lower body/cardio. Some days I do full body...and am sore for the next two :P0 -
After finishing my first round of insanity, I starting doing p90x followed by insanity in the mornings. Also do clubhouse workout at night, but in effect getting in shape is my job right now(as well as studying.)0
