    Spread your legs... it gives you a huge thigh gap.
    How many times a day? And for how long?

    In an ideal world at least 3 times a day, but I wouldnt complain if it was once a day. Once again in an ideal world an hour or more, but realistic at least 15 to 30 minutes to achieve adequate thigh gappage.

    Given that spot reduction is fantasy, i suggest plenty of running, squatting and cycling.

    I would combine an 800 calorie a day diet with 3 hours a day of zumba.

    Pft... Zumba makes you bulky, don't listen to this guy -- she needs to avoid all cardio and cut her calories way down. 500 calories and 3 hours of thigh master, while using a shake weight.

    No! Just place the ball of the thigh master toward your special lady area, not your knees -- common mistake! This will indent your thighs as you tone! Your gap will back!

    I agree with time machine. I can remember at the age of 31 being able to stand with my feet together and my thighs wouldn't touch. Now that I'm 51 it doesn't matter how skinny I get. My thighs will be forever in close contact..lol

    I don't know...I need to lose 10 pound by tomorrow night because I'm meeting up with a couple sexy MFPers and I really need to lose that weight. So if you figure out your conundrum, maybe it will help me too!

    No, the spring action pushing against your inner thighs compresses the muscles there creating an instant thigh gap.
