    The honey will make the batter consistency more liquid. Thus I can not promise it will bake as pictured. If you wheat germ is to fine to hold the shape of the cookie. tho oats provide the texture and structure. just my $.02, But I am all for experimenting :)

    Your Welcome, That would be amazing, and yummy for a real chocolate treat add 1-2 Packets of "Diet Swiss Miss" it has only 25 calories per packet and it delivers great chocolate flavor :) Enjoy!
