    Be sneaky and leave the bread off. Just weave some bacon together to replace it and she'll never even notice.

    You aren't allowed to eat sandwhiches or you aren't allowed to make your own?

    lets define what a "sandwich" really is here.

    some form of "bread" surrounding a combination of either meats/veggies and perhaps some sauce. i wont get into dessert type sandwiches for now.

    so in this situation i think you can win by a technicality. make the sandwich out of order. two slices of bread on the bottom, meats/veggies/sauce on top.

    You need a sammich speakeasy. A password protected haven with only the finest cuts of lunch meat, cheese, fancy breads... maybe even a panini press, so you can get your manly sammich making on in private. No one has to know.

    If you make it she'll have to clean up your mess. If she makes it, it's like she's only having to clean up her own mess which is not as bad as having to clean up someone else's mess. Kwim? Complicated? Yes. But thus is the mind of a good woman. Plus, we like to do little things for the ones we love :)
