300 days on MFP and about 65 pounds later!

I went from 213 to 147-150 currently during my time with MFP to date. I'm still a work in progress as I would like to compete in figure eventually. Lift heavy, run short and fast, train hard, and eat smart. :)

    Wow - what a difference!!

    Tell us about your journey!!

Did you start out counting calories first and then add in cardio/weights?

How long have you been lifting heavy? Have you done some of the popularly mentioned lifting programs (new rules or strong lifts)?

Also - how tall are you???

Do you eat back exercise calories?

    What is your favorite protein?

What is your favorite go-to snack for indulging??

Sorry I have lots of questions, we are very similar in starting weight and I am at 161.8 now =)

and of course - congratulations!! Woohoo!
