That sounds really yummy! I have a hard time drinking plain water so I'll definitely give this a go. Thanks for sharing! :)

This is a great way to get enough water each day.
I also take the fruit and blend it and have a breakfast drink that jump starts your day!
I tried a little ginger as well, and love it.
I faithfully exercise 1-2 hours at least 5 days a week, eat 1200 calories or less everyday, and struggle to loose weight, so I look for any sensible way to help that process along.
    Just keep pounding!

I would imagine you are having issues with losing weight because you are not eating enough and not fueling your body properly.
  • I'M CURRENTLY DRINKING THE WATER AND IT ALLOWS ME TO STOMACH WATER, BECAUSE I FLAT OUT HATE IT! WITH THIS I DRINK ABOUT 7 GLASSES A DAY WHERE AS I WAS ONLY DOING 1 BOTTLE AT BEST.

Can't flush fat away. But there's no harm in drinking the water. Sounds tasty.

    Tips
To accelerate fat-burning, Somer suggests eating six small meals a day. This eating schedule will help keep blood sugar steady and boost your metabolism.

Just an FYI, there is no scientific support for this.

glad to see the warning about the grapefruit in there - it may make you gain weight - the weight of a baby. It interferes with a few types of contraceptive pills and some heart medications too!

Are you eating back your exercise calories? Because you have to or your metabolism will not be a happy and active camper. Surely you've seen MFP yell at you about starvation mode if you're under 1200 calories when you submit your diary for the day?
