I log everyday and do exercise everyday. I'm looking for other pal's who do similar or have a similar goal to me! I've got 124 lbs to drop..

My ultimate goal is 130 which means Im looking at about another 70 lbs. Im here everyday actively seaking advice and helping/encouraging others. Feel free to add me. The more support the better0

add me i have 115lbs to loose and i am on everyday, ive upped my excercise and try to cut out too many carbs x i did come off a period just when i was poorly but back now0

AH! Similar to me, nearly. Added! I'm only doing 40-60mins per a day on my exercise bike. But I would like to take up C25K soon. Also, I'm on a low fat diet, hard as hell lol! Also, awe bless. Get well soon ♥0 -

Feel free to add me, I have logged on daily since late October last year. I like building up a support network of like minded people
I am 5'8" and staring weight was 254.8 lbs and now I'm down to 228.3 lbs.
My first goal which is the top of the healthy weight range for my height is 162 lbs........after I get there I will see how I am as I might want to get down to around 143 lbs.......but haven't been that weight since my early 20's so it might be unrealistic now
I don't have an open diary as if I feel I don't cheat that way - weird I know - but if no one's watching I record more accurately.0 -
