I try to do my best to log everyday, feel free to add me if you want too. I try and keep myself going, and encouragement is always valued and I do my best to reciprocate everyone!
I'm 5'7 - 5'8, and have about another 65 pounds to go, have lost 15 so far. I have my really rough days...but yes, I try to log everyday. When I miss it's only for one day here and there.0 -

I am 5'8" and staring weight was 254.8 lbs and now I'm down to 228.3 lbs.
My first goal which is the top of the healthy weight range for my height is 162 lbs........after I get there I will see how I am as I might want to get down to around 143 lbs.......but haven't been that weight since my early 20's so it might be unrealistic now
I don't have an open diary as if I feel I don't cheat that way - weird I know - but if no one's watching I record more accurately.0 -
