    I don't mess with that stuff. Whey protein and that's it.

    I take:

    Whey protein (daily 3x)
    Multivitamin
    Glucosamine sulphate (might be getting off it soon, not reaping the benefits really)
    Creatine monohydrate - cycling off at the moment

    Why do so many of you take whey? Is it something I should consider looking into? I heard too much protein can be bad for you but at the moment I only eat meat 2-3 times a week. I figured I would get most of my protein from beans and whole grains.

    Red Wine Complex
    Whey Protein (1 scoop)

    I didn't know Zinc helps with anxiety :) I may have to look into that.

    Well this is what I take-
    B complex 1 tab
    Vitamin C- 500 MG daily
    Fish oil 1200 mg daily
    Probiotic 1 daily.

    IMO, if you're taking a lot of supplements, then you're not eating enough nutrient dense food. MORE (vitamins, minerals) doesn't always mean better.
