    This is an old post, but I still just wanted to say congrats (I see from your ticker you've kept the weight off and lost even more too!). I'm 5'4 and started at 224 and am currently 172lbs with a goal of 145lbs. This is the weight I always get stuck at and start to gain so I was searching through the boards to find someone with a similar weight as me for motivation. Thanks so much for sharing your story!

    I can totally relate to you. I was a little bit heavier and am a little bit shorter (about 5'4" and strted at 246) but it's always insuring to see another young woman's success story! Congratulations, pretty girl!
