    I started losing weight the first week. I've been pretty consistent with about 2lbs a week.

    I wouldn't worry if you don't start losing weight right away, especially if you're building muscle.
    I've been working out for about the same amount of time and have yet to see a pound drop.
    It's kind of frustrating but I've been getting stronger through the workouts, so there is improvement.
    Just make sure you eat enough and don't actually harm your metabolism!

    The first month I was dieting, I hardly lost anything. I almost quit but decided to give it 3 months. So glad I did!

    What were you doing before? Anything? It takes a while for the muscles to repair if they are "shocked". Watch your calorie intake and keep it up and you'll see results very soon!
