I started losing weight the first week. I've been pretty consistent with about 2lbs a week.0

I wouldn't worry if you don't start losing weight right away, especially if you're building muscle.
I've been working out for about the same amount of time and have yet to see a pound drop.
It's kind of frustrating but I've been getting stronger through the workouts, so there is improvement.
Just make sure you eat enough and don't actually harm your metabolism!0 -
The first month I was dieting, I hardly lost anything. I almost quit but decided to give it 3 months. So glad I did!0

What were you doing before? Anything? It takes a while for the muscles to repair if they are "shocked". Watch your calorie intake and keep it up and you'll see results very soon!0
