one pound of fat is not the same thing as one pound of weight. If people don't eat enough or do strentgh training then losing a pound does not mean they lost fat.0

I was feeling a little disheartened as my weight loss seems to have slowed down the last few weeks. Thank you for posting this, I've lost 56 of those icky gross lumps of fat and I'm suddenly feeling very motivated to go burn off some more!!0
