    I'm 27. I have a long way to go to drop my weight, but I'm ready to make it happen. I am struggling with a fiance who loves to spoil me and take me out to dinner, a sedentary lifestyle (I'm a web designer) and a love of all foods! It is so hard, but I know I can do it.

    I'm Ashley 25 yrs old. I'm in Culinary school and finding it very hard not to eat everything we make!!! want to lose 50lbs and tone up. I'm doing this for a happier me. I have notice that my mood and self confidence has been going down and what a better way to feel better about yourself than lose weight!

    I'm 24 been gaining and losing consistently for the past 5 years. Looking to lose 70+ pounds and keep it off. I started working out again 2 weeks ago and am looking for motivation and support.

    I'm about to turn 24 and want to lose that last 15 pounds! I would love to meet up with some folks that have knowledge in this area. I currently exercise sporadically (2-3 times a week) and eat non processed foods.... looking to find some consistency and beat my food cravings

    23, run 5-6 times a week, strength train, and do some crossfit. Always looking for new friends to support!:)

    Went to respond to this after reading the title and thinking "thats me!" and then realized I am actually 33. Damn, when did that happen? I still think of myself as 23, hahaha.

    I'm 23 (24 at the end of the month) want to lose about 40lbs (i know my ticker says 47 tried to change it but it didnt work)

    I'm a natural body builder so I go through phases of weight gain and loss any one who want advice or direction is more than welcome to friend and bother me anytime.

    Currently 26 years old
    200lbs
    10% bf possibly 11%

    It's all about the macros at the end of the day calories are just a guideline. If your curious to know what I'm talking about just look at my diet log and you'll find I rarely actually put in my food. I'm down from 215 2 months ago no muscle loss and I ate cheese cake and ice cream sandwiches every day lol. Ratios of protein fat and carbs matter more than people know and everything else matters so so much less. I'm always amazed by how lost people get in all the bs that is see as common nutritional knowledge because most of it is just plain wrong.
