Yesterday I found a photo that I had my husband take for me last April. It was at the point when I had lost about 27 lbs and was starting to run and lift weights. So I had him take the same pic for me yesterday (I'm now down 67.2 lbs.) I debated about posting this because I still want to work on more muscle definition but I'm happy with what a difference a year has made. I love lifting weights!! And hopefully this will inspire someone. Please excuse the stretch marks, but that's what two kiddos will do to you. :)

Just for reference this is my photo when I started - weighting 222 lbs in November 2011.

This was me last April, about 195 lbs or so:

So definitely stick with it, exercise and lift those weights!!!
