Totally agree with the Lite Laughing Cow wedges. One of those and a couple of Wasa crispbreads (high in fiber), and I've got a crunchy, satisfying snack for 125 calories.0

not very exciting but sometimes i cut fruit up in a bowl and eat it, cut up some pink lady apples, strawberries, berries, oranges...mixture of anything really0

green/red/yellow peppers. They crunch, taste good, and an entire pepper is only about 50 calories! Zero fat.0

my favorite is 'cheese chips' ... I take different kinds of cheese, slice them, put them on parchment paper and cook them in the oven ...
pull them out when browning and they harden into crispy, salty snacks. I'll go crazy and sprinkle various seasonings on them sometimes.
I just throw them all in a bag when done and munch on them anytime.
This is the most genius idea I've ever heard of for a snack!! I have got to try this!!! Thank you!0
