Hi, i know i posted before a few pounds ago, but i'm still in progress and closer to my goal. I started July 18, 2012 at 236.4 pounds, depressed, drunk, overweight, out of shape, miserable, tired. I got on a diet program to help me get started and since that time i've learned to make healthy clean choices and portion control, and self control. The bulk of my diet is non-starchy vegitables that i've learned to love, and its balanced with the right amount of fats and proteins and carbs. I eat around 1500-1600 a day, and have a calorie burn of about 2400-2500. I log every day, i go to support forums every day. And i workout every day. I started c25K the day i started my diet, and ran my first 5K in 14 weeks and 190 pounds in 41 minutes. I just ran my 2nd 5K two weeks ago at 151 pounds in 31 minutes! I started strength training at 12 weeks into my diet , with a professional trainer , 5 days a week. I run 2 to 3 miles 5 days a week. I love eating right and exercising. My life has completely changed for the better. I'm 46 years old, 5'4". This has been the easiest dream i've ever made come true. If you want it, and work hard for it, its possible. I'm never going back. I'm currently 150 lbs, my bf is about 29% on the tanita scale. My goal is to get to 135. Thanks for reading!
