I always thought I ate 3, but looking back I really ate 5-6 which would be why the scale and measurements were not dropping for me despite my dedication to my workouts. I have started to "officially" eat 5 meals a day, but now I am actually focusing on what I am eating and how many calories it is totalling up to. What an amazing difference it is making for me. By eating healthy foods constantly, I am no longer craving the snack machine and my kids snacks.0

3-5 Depending on my day. Sometimes I skip meals, sometimes I have extra0

Three or four times per day here, but I think I need to up it -- I only eat 100-250 calories at a "meal" and I am freaking hungry all the time. My new motto is going to be "drink less, eat more."0

It changes from several times to once. I don't care really, I just try to keep within my 8 hour eating window.0

I'm not really on any sort of schedule per say, but I typically eat 3 meals and a few snacks.0

Hi! I was wondering what do you snack?0
-
I've recently switched to a 16:8 IF schedule, so I only eat between noon and 8pm. That's usually two meals and something like 5 snacks depending on where you draw the line between one snack and another.0

3-6, usually 3-4. I do just fine on three meals/day, but I sometimes have snacks if I realize I didn't eat enough at my previous meal or will have a piece of fruit from my next meal a little early.0
