    Never mind. I managed to do all 200 after watching the video in the OP. 100 forward and 100 backward. Too fatigued to try with arms extended to front. Might try that later. Thanks for the challenge.

    Does it do the body any good for you (me) to do the challenge in small pieces at large intervals or is it necessary fitness-wise to pack all 200 in at one time? (I'm chronically ill and I know I cannot do 200 without significant breaks. Still, I'd like to do what I can if it will be beneficial.) Thanks.

    I broke mine up into smaller groups. The way I see it - any exercise is better than no exercise!!
