    This morning I did squats, bench and bent over rows. Then I did a blogilates ab workout and walked for 15 minutes.

    Dragging hoses around, cleaning stalls ( heavy, as I'm taking the floors down 6 inches), 45 min. on my elliptical, and the Funcercize workout with 5-lb. weights.

    I havent decided yet. Its nice out, so maybe a long walk. If not, ill do the elliptical for 30-45 min and 30ds.

    It takes us 8 hrs during the day.. We do sets of 40 and 50 at any spare time until we get to 1000..
    3 of us at work do it because Herschel Walker does it.. I tell you my body has muscles that I never knew I had.
    The guy next to me has lost 31lbs in less than a year just doing push ups and planks.
    We have a job where we are isolated like a prison so we do push ups. We are in IT

    For a warm up we did 2 rounds of KB cleans, KB lunges and KB russian swings, then worked on getting my 1rm front squat. It was 115# today.

    Reverse wall balls (14#)

    Took the new puppy for a 1/2 mile walk this morning and will probably go for a mile jog by myself tonight

    I did yoga this morning in lieu of the usual morning walk with the dogs and it'll be bootcamp this afternoon... so lots of running and lunges I'm sure (there was a huge festival in town this weekend and we will all be punished for it whether we went or not).

    My husband and I are going for about a 2 hour bike ride (about 16 miles) this evening as the weather is FANTASTIC and the town we live in has a great paved trail system.

    20 mins until my training session and I expect to get my lower body worked as I have been warned.
    Glutes, quads, hamstrings etc.

    It's a 3 x wk full body workout. 1 day a week for heavy, med, and light versions. each week I add a rep.
    so this week it's 11 reps of everything. 2 working sets, plus the warm up sets for the first 3 exercises.
    Most of it is straight from the all pro beginner routine.
