I've been overweight my whole life! I've gone from a size 18 to a 12 and my motivation is purely that I've never seen myself small! Exciting to be part of a group. Any tips from you guys that you've found successful? Mine's getting harder and harder0 -

I've been doing a lot of cardio and 30 day shred (almost finished with level 1--FINALLY. I've been netting about 1200-1300 calories a day.
