    May 3rd 185 (-1 lb)

    I've been really sick this week and unable to exercise, so I wasn't sure if I'd lose anything. I'm looking forward to feeling better and getting back on track with my exercise next week.

    May 10th 183 (-2 lb)

    I totally got back on track with exercise this week after my illness last week. It was really hard! My stamina was no where near where it was before that week of no exercise. Finally, toward the end of the week, I felt like myself again. I'm happy to see that number on the scale - I worked HARD for it.

    I'm in...I've plateaued now for a month. I can't seem to lose this 10 lbs. even though I'm keeping my numbers in check. Grrr.

    This week was a good week for logging and consistent exercise. I really focused on strength training this week so the slight up tick on the scale is ok with me. I bet next weeks weigh in will be awesome.

    With 3 weeks to go I have just under 3 lbs to lose. I'm really hoping I can hit my 150 goal for June 1. I'm confident, I just got stuck on 151 last time I lost weight.

    Typically I aim for 7-8 lbs lost in a month, but 150 was always my goal for June 1st. I'm really hoping to hit it, and that's all I'm really focused on right now. Good luck everyone. :smile:

    Want to get going on doing more exercise/moving this month! One of my 3 jobs is finished 5/13 (end of the semester) so I'll have more time and fewer excuses.
