I've been really sick this week and unable to exercise, so I wasn't sure if I'd lose anything. I'm looking forward to feeling better and getting back on track with my exercise next week.

I totally got back on track with exercise this week after my illness last week. It was really hard! My stamina was no where near where it was before that week of no exercise. Finally, toward the end of the week, I felt like myself again. I'm happy to see that number on the scale - I worked HARD for it.0 -

This week was a good week for logging and consistent exercise. I really focused on strength training this week so the slight up tick on the scale is ok with me. I bet next weeks weigh in will be awesome.
