  • Starting late but hopefully i can stick to my plan... ive been a little naughty the last few weeks and have been having about two bad days a week :( damn my social life!!!

    That is 6.4 lbs down since May 1st. I had a really good week with my logging and exercise, and I am very happy to see that is paid off. Time to keep pushing forward and kick butt the rest of May! Hope everyone else is having a great week too.
