Another late starter. Weight loss has slowed tremendously Since I started back in May of 2012. Have lost 31lbs since then and have 21lbs to goal weight ( I will re-evaluate once I reach goal)

I really don't know how they came off because I`ve excercised less this past week, I ate junk sunday and i binged a bit, ate 3 ice cream bars like the magnum ones....
