You don't have to go full-out right away, take your time. Also, I do spinning all the time and it's all about the instructor. Some are great, some aren't. Good luck!

I attend 3 Zumba classes a week, and lift weights 1-2 times per week depending on my schedule/availability.

I've lost 35 lbs in just under 6 months so far!

I'm so severely sore that this doesn't feel normal. I expected some soreness but I could honestly cry whenever I have to get up off the couch...I'm gonna try to go back tomorrow

I Spin all winter, keeps a strong base for summer cycling, occasionally I Spin summer for some speed work but mostly winter. The right bike and the right instructor make it best.

I like spinning, because I enjoy biking..I tried Zumba for a while, but it's not hard enough for me. I like things to feel challenging, dancing just doesn't feel the same as working up a sweat running my hardest. You know?
