Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred - Starting May 1st

I restarted tonight. I sat down with a mini loaf of banana bread with cream cheese frosting polished it off and just felt sick to my stomach with myself for doing that so I popped in Billy Blanks Jr Dance with me Groove and Burn dvd followed by 30DS. Ive done level 1 every other day for a month before and lost 10 pounds hoping to do it every day this time.0

Oooo I'm in. I finished Day 3 today. I'm surprised I'm already tired of Jillian's voice. I think I'd rather have her yelling at me. lol0

I am just about to start the workout now. Dreading it but am hoping the first day is the hardest (may be kidding myself). I have started it before but got bored by about day 5 and gave up. Have seen some great results on here though and hopefully that keeps me motivated! Good luck everyone!0

The first time around, I tired of her voice on day 3 so as soon as I learned the moves I muted the video and listened to music. I'll probably mute it after today!0

completed day 2 of level 1 yesterday. Today will be day 3. I'm determined to stick with it. 30 days, straight through. I'll let you all know if i fail. lol.0

I am starting 30 day shred today and taking before pics as well as measurements so I can track my progress. I need to add some more intense cardio to plan.0

I started this morning just to get my knees back into shape =P But I won't complain if I lose weight doing a chicks workout. Plus I get to watch Jillian shake it for 20 minutes. Count me in.0

I haven't taken pics or measurements yet but I'm going to. I'm not planning on rest days, but if I have to take one while visiting my fiance's family I will. I'd be up for a group, but don't know how to go about starting one.0 -

I will! I'll start today. My weight is at the upper limit for something I have to go to in 8 weeks, so I need to at least lose SOME weight by then. So, yeah. I'm in!0

I am at the end of level 1, but am always looking for new 30 day shred friends to keep me motivated!! Feel free to add me.
For everyone just starting out, I really thought I was going to die after the first two workouts, but my endurance has increased SO much and now I can almost do the whole workout without stopping. I also couldn't do anything more than 2 lb weights (yea I'm weak), but last night I bumped it up to 5 lb weights and was surprised at how much I could do. I am loving it and can't wait to move on to level 2 next week!

A group sounds good. I'll probably be doing it 3-4 days a week, with rest days Saturday and Sunday. Every 2 weeks I may go up a level, so I'll actually be getting it done in more like 42 days, or a month and a half.0

I have 4 more days of Hip Hop Abs and then I am starting the 30DS on May 5th. Can't wait!!! I've tried this in the past, but have never actually completed it. I look forward to complete it this time and doing it with all of you!0
