    10g of BCAA's 15 minutes before and 10g immediately after then 10g 2 hours after that. Mmmmmm.

    This is pretty much a personal preference kinda thing... That being said I get up at 6 a.m. and eat bout 6:30... I normally have 2 Thomas Bagel thins (cinnamon raisin) with All Natural Crunchy peanut butter and drizzled with Honey, a Banana, a Glass of 1% Chocolate Milk, Travel Mug coffee with ID Hershey Chocolate and Caramel creamer. If not having Bagels then the same Breakfast but sub in 4 slices of Whole wheat toast. I also will switch up to other stuff but point is I eat around 1000 calories for breakfast and then I get around and head to the gym. Again some prefer working out fasted but I am not one of them.. again it comes down to finding what works best for you...... Best of Luck...

    yes, just something lighter. usually greek yogurt and homemade granola. quick and easy. I don't workout super early though, 9am. eat at about 8am. then im starving when im done. :)
