    Congratulations!

    I've lost a little over 100 pounds and it's taken me about 5 years to do it with lots of ups and downs. Like you, I have to remind myself that it's the overall trend that counts. I still have about 70 pounds to lose and then I'll re-evaluate from there.

    Way to go!
