flea market: cilantro, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, acorn squash, strawberries, blueberries, melons (so much sweeter than the store!)

salvage grocery: oatmeal, cereal bars, canned vegetables, canned tuna / salmon, dried fruit, odds & ends

regular grocery: meat, eggs, fat free cheese, items on buy-one-get-one, cocoa powder

    Costco: bananas (1.30 / 3 lb), sweet potatoes (6.50 / 10 lb), protein powder

I spend a crap load on food though, so I need to cut down big time and use more from my pantry.
It's very worth it to get fresh produce from the farmers at the market, though.
