    No. I poop multiple times a day. Two kids under 4. It's my alone time.

    Multiple poops a day is an amazing feat. I wonder how many calories are burned pooping. Is it part of TDEE? :huh:

    when i drop a good load i feel ten pounds lighter and infact sometimes i lose 1lb or2lbs when i do poop. lol it is a little annoying at times when im busy but when i am doing nothing i welcome my poop to come lol

    We may all have different jobs, likes and dislikes. But we all poop. No other act makes me feel more in touch with my humanity than pooping and its the one thing that connects us all.

    I rather enjoy it, actually. I poop about 3 times a day, usually. Physically, it just feels good. And mentally, it lets me know that my body is functioning as it should. Satisfying, any way you look at it.

    Once when I wake up, once after dinner. It's the only time I get where I can be totally alone! Sometimes I totally sit there after I'm done so I can have a little more quiet time...so yes I enjoy it!
