What is your definition of eating clean? I have been eating tons of salad but nothing seems to be happening. I do not add salt to my food and do not eat canned or boxed food. I need help. I have 40 pounds to lose too. I go to the gym about 4 days a week for 30 to 40 minutes.

150 grams or more of protein a day

veggies, fruit, good carbs, good fat, lots of chicken.
