What is the most calories you've ever eaten in a day?

No idea highest ever but yesterday was a big calorie day:
4,289 eaten which left me with a 1,198 deficit for the day!
(Long cycle ride gave me a lot of calories to eat back.)0 -
Since starting at the start of the year my biggest day was Super Bowl Sunday, 3649 calories.
Hmm, I really haven't indulged like I used to, though I've had a few 3K+ days over the four months (Easter, after-work drinks and pizza). Not feeling deprived at all.0 -
10,000 to 14,000!0

It was about 3 years ago. I ate an entire Papa Murphy's pizza, a wheel of brie, a full IHOP breakfast, one of those monster burritos from Chipotles and a pack of Sausalito cookies. I drank 7 beers, a couple of cans of Mt Dew and a glass of milk through out the day. I want to say that adds up to over 4000+ calories, maybe more? I have always been told I eat like a man, and at that point in my life I was 40 lbs overweight. I look back at times like that and can't even fathom doing something like that now.
I'm willing to bet that is probably closer to twice 4000 calories0 -
1889 calories, last Thursday. How do some of you guys get 4k+?!
My maintenance is about 4100.0 -
Prob when I would go to vegas its been years since Iv gone but the buffets and all the beer sure it had to be like at least 10-15thousand calories.0

Probably around 6-7k on Thanksgiving. At least. (Darn you, tasty Filipino food!)0

Mine was probably around 5,000, though it was before I was counting calories: breakfast, two lunches, two quarts of Gatorade, four Clif bars, a medium soft-serve ice cream, and the better part of a pizza with beer. I bicycled 125 miles that day, though, much of it in rolling hills, so I had a net calorie deficit.0

Since I've been tracking- no more than 2800.
However I can think of many days in my past where my guess would be that I had around 4-5K.0 -
Since I started tracking (less than a month ago), a little over 2600. There's no telling what the most was prior to that. I'm sure it was really high! I guess I'll see the next holiday or cookout.0

I wouldn't be surprised if it was as much as 5000. I used to eat whole packages of ice cream, bags of chips, cookies, in one sitting. I still can, though of course my willpower is a lot stronger now xD0

I have eaten over 7,000 calories in a day multiple times this year. Each time I remained close to my weekly calorie/macro target.
Weekly calorie/macro tracking has helped me remove all guilt associated with days like this. I always know I can make up for it by the end of the week.0 -
Oh man, I've had some doozies... I'd guesstimate upwards of 15-20k over a day? dozens of times in my life. I grew up on a farm and there were days I ate 15k calories for 4-5 days at a time and LOST weight (It's absolutely staggering what 13-14hours of stacking/throwing/mowing 80-90lb bales of hay in 95 degree weather outside and 110 in the mow non-stop for thousands of bales will burn off.) I remember eating until i was dead sick to my stomach and still being hungry and wanting to keep eating.
I think the worst I remember is... 2 large dp dc pizza, ~40 buffalo chicken wings smothered in blue cheese, double order of moz sticks with marinara, 2 subway subs (chipoltle steak & cheese with double meat and extra cheese, mayo, chipoltle, a1, and vinegar & double meat tuna with extra cheese mayo, vinegar), a 2L of pop, & a large chocolate ice cream double cookie dough blizzard with mud fudge added. Plus some chips throughout the day too.
Just ball parking that would be ~6k in pizza, ~4k on wings & bc, ~1.6k in moz sticks, ~3k in subway, ~800 pop, ~1.5k in blizzard, and call it... eh 1k of chips... that's ~18k.
For what it's worth - it was delicious... course that wasn't when I was bailing hay... so that likely all went straight to my gut... and I don't mean my stomach.0 -
Till I joined MFP - Not Sure. But in last one month 2700-2800 net is the most I guess.0
-
Dread to think but I'm guessing over 8 thousand and probably much much more.0
-
37000
-
During my college years, I probably broke the 10,000 mark a few times. Just guessing though.0
