    i wont shower at the gym. Just spray some bodyspray on and shower as soon as i get home.

    I always shower after I workout. I live near the gym, so I wait until I get home.

    Women, if you really worked up a sweat, it is not a good idea to put off showering, unless you want a perfect breeding ground for a yeast infection.

    And to answer the OP, I don't always because I go to the gym at the university, usually between classes. What I do is just clean up a little and make sure I don't stink then take a shower promptly when I get home. I also walk to campus, anyway, so I'm going to get even more sweaty usually.

    When I work out at work I can only give myself a sponge bath, so no shower, but don't want schwety ballz smell waifting around meeting rooms.

    I work out on my lunch break, and I'm not wasting 20 minutes of my time with a shower/make-up. Baby wipes and perfume :)

    I usually give myself to cool down a little while I have my postworkout snack, then I shower. I can easily smell the stank from my armpits if I don't. Bet all the guys want to date me now...haha :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    I don't shower after I work out. That would mean I would be showering like every day and no way my skin/scalp would tolerate that.
