these bars are DELICIOUS!
this is my second time making my own protein bars & this recipe is way better than the previous one.

You Need:
- Gold Standard Whey Protein ( Cookies & Cream )
- 100% Whole Grain Oats
- All-Natural Peanut Butter
+ Water

Directions:
Microwave about 1/4 cup of water & 1/4 cup of peanut butter for 1minute.
Then add it to a mixing bowl of 1 scoop whey protein & 1 cup of oats.
Mix. Shape. Refrigerate.

Could use reduced fat PB as well

Nutritional data would be pretty easy just add the 3 ingredients up it would depend on protein powder and PB you use. I'd imagine quick oats are pretty standard.

I think I'll try this! I'm wondering if vanilla whey would taste okay, as that's what I've got in my pantry!

To those that asked, I would bet that they are probably fairly high in calories because Whey and PB both already are, but I bet they're packed with protein!

    \

    1 cup oats = 150 calories
2 tablespoons PB = 190 calories (typically) and there are 4 tbsp in 1/4 cup so double it
1 scoop protein powder = probably somwhere around 150 cals but they're all different.

Now add that up and divide by the number of bars you make.

    Done.

I looked up all the items and brand that he had pictures. With the ammounts that he has listed the whole batch is 790 Calories. not sure how many servings that makes from the looks of that pan I am going to guess at least 4 lol That would be 197 Calories each.

I just made a slightly adapted version of this and they're pretty good.
I used 6T water, 3T PB2, 1/2 T I can't believe it's not butter light, 1 scoop dymatize xt banana nut, 1/4 c oats, 1t sugar. Melted the butter with water and PBS, then added everything else. Rolled into 8 little balls and stuck in the fridge for a bit.

    Nutrition data:
    306 calories
    9g fat
    32g carbs
    7g fiber
    32g protein
    20% daily iron
