    I live in South Africa so we don't do lbs here either. Surprisingly I was slightly lighter in the above image than I am in the more recent image below. I think I weighed about 58kg in the above image. The second image was taken last year and I weighed about 61kg then. The weight gain is all muscle so at least it's safe. Not sure how much I weigh now since I haven't weighed myself in a long time but it's probably still around 60kg. Remember I'm only 5'7 (about 1.7m tall).

    I'd be able to estimate your weight better if I knew your height. But looking at you profile pic, my best estimate at the moment would be around 56/57kg.

    WOW this is the best thing I've ever heard lol - I'm an inverted triangle shape, no hips to speak of/all top heavy, I try to dress to balance it out so I'm so happy to hear it worked!
