    Thanks so much for the inspiration and the encouragement to not give up after we've screwed up. I was off the bandwagon again for over a week and got myself mentally back together this morning. It is so easy to let myself get frustrated and fall in that deep hole of discouraging mental thoughts.

    You are an encouragement to many!

    I swear... I have always said if I felt like I was *dieting*, I wouldn't stick to it...but moderation for me is the key. Cutting back and getting out there and moving is essential. I love your before and afters.... THANK you for sharing! :flowerforyou:
