Just eat the carbs. You're fine. If you must reduce carbs for some reason, try limiting the amount of sandwiches (and pastas and rice) you're eating instead of making them taste weird and torturing yourself. If you want more flavorful bread, I recommend Health Nut by Arnold.0

Dave's Killer Bread has become my favourite.
The Flat Out wraps mentioned above make really great pizza crusts, btw. Turn out wonderfully on my pizza stone.0 -
I'm sorry, I'm not responsible with updating everything I eat but 25lbs is a bit low anyway, I think I would be happy in the 130's. Right now my height is 5' 7".
Eat regular sandwich bread.
And put two 1/4 pound hamburger patties on top of it, place a slice of sharp cheddar cheese in between the meat, and put another piece of bread on top of it. I like to put some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ in there two, but do what you like.
5'7" and 130 pounds is a ridiculously low goal for a man.0 -

Shoot for a bread with higher fiber. Try brownberry double-fiber.0

as in, ANY bread. stop looking for low cal or low carb bread. he's eating too little and has a goal that's too low. everyone needs to stop trying to help him starve himself to death.0
