( You don't have to do part 1 or 2 first. you can do the in any order) But they having a promotion where they are just accepting donations starting at $1.50 . What is the 8 Week Fat Loss Program?
Our 8 Week Programs are detailed, day by day workout plans that tell you exactly when to do which Fitness Blender workout videos. We combine daily workout plans - HIIT, strength training, yoga, Pilates, plyometrics, low impact cardio, and more - in the most ideal combination to bring about results quickly and safely. This is not just about weight or fat loss - though many people lose up to 16-24 lbs in the two months of this program - You will also tone up, build lean muscle, become more flexible, stronger, and improve your energy levels and endurance. There is also a brief but comprehensive, general rundown on how to eat for best results. You will still be working out to the same free Fitness Blender videos that are available online (you will still need an internet connection to use this program), but you will have a plan to follow that has been put together by a team of experienced personal trainers.
What fitness level is this for?
This program is very challenging, but doable, and it is easily modified to meet many different fitness levels. In the first 2 weeks, we give beginner modifications for people who are less experienced and those two weeks can be repeated until an individual feels more confident about progressing. It is a tough program but we always encourage you to move at your own pace and take breaks when you need to.
What equipment do I need?
The only equipment you need is dumbbells. We utilize a couple of kettlebell workouts throughout the program but show modifications on how you can actually substitute a dumbbell if you don't have access to a kettlebell.
