Anyway my macros are 2600 cals 30p/45/25F
    195/292/72
Sometimes I go higher in fats and I don't reach my cals goal anyway

What are your actual calories and macros? Are you losing on that intake, and if so, how much on average per week?

    What are your goals?

ETA: if you could open your diary that would good so you can get more specific advice
  • Wow, lot's of feelings here. Guess I'll just respond to the question at hand haha.
I'm also one of his friends and his intake is okay-ish.
On the other hand: if you're not gaining, you're not eating enough. Simple as that.
I gained a bit 7kg of mostly lean mass in the past 4 months which was very necessary seeing as I was just over 60kg at 1,82m. And I'm undergoing chemotherapy which makes it that much harder to eat. So if I can do it so can you ;)
In the beginning I also had a lot of trouble eating enough but now I'll consume up to 3800 Cals in healthy foods on a training day.
Just keep stuffing your face even if you don't feel like eating. Your body will eventually get used to it.
When I haven't met my needs at the end of the day I'll eat something calorie-dense like peanuts. Healthy fats at 600+ cals/100g
In the beginning I felt like puking at times but it gets easier and now I really enjoy eating a lot.
And I'll keep motivating you if you make posts about not being able to eat more ;)
