    An incredible success! I am more impressed that you changed so many things in your life at once and have stuck with them. That kind of discipline is so uncommon.

    Your pics really show the prgress. It must blow your mind to see a 50 pound object and imagine you used to carry that around with you every day. Thanks for sharing.

    I really dont know how I did it either... lol. Maybe I was scared that I was slowly ruining my relationship with my fiance because I didnt love myself and it hit me and scared the crap out of me.He is my best friend and loves me however I am but when you put out there that your not attractive or sexy eventually you are going to make them believe it too...
    Yes 50 lbs... I lost my step son already lol he is 42 lbs... I cant even see where that much weight was on my body honestly...
