My heaviest...5'10" 215Lbs
Right around the time I started MFP after losing a bit of weight on my own.
Mid January 2013 I hit my first goal of 190 Lbs
183ish Lbs; about 2 months into lifting
Just a couple weeks ago...180ish. Only 3 Lbs lighter on the scale than my 183 pic, but 2% down on BF to 18%-19%. I'm doing maintenance currently and focusing on my lifts...I'm still leaning out, but my weight doesn't fluctuate much these days, which is the plan.0 -

I'm getting closer. I want to get my Body fat closer to 12% right now I'm floating around 20%.0 -

One and a half years ago I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (I stop breathing while I sleep) and the first pic was the original sleep study I had to take.
The second pic is the sleep study I did this last Saturday and I no longer have sleep apnea!

Here is my progress that shows Day 1, Day 27, and Day 57 photos. Today I am on Day 70 of P90X.

Before at 172 (October 2012):
Lowest at 154 (Around January 2013) - by counting calories & cardio
Now at 162 after 10 weeks of SL 5x5 and not counting calories

Bro...I think the HARDEST part of it all wasn't the 8 months of working out, but watching the Leafs lose last night. Tough game for sure, but Leafs Nation finally has something to genuinely be excited about. Reims is the real deal. GO LEAFS GO!0

I need to get some progress shots organized... My wife just took some pictures of me yesterday goofing off with our newborn and even I couldn't believe the difference in my face especially...
