At my heaviest 489lbs on the left in Aug 2012. On the right is when I hit 399 wearing the same shirt I couldn't button in the first picure.

My heaviest...5'10" 215Lbs
Right around the time I started MFP after losing a bit of weight on my own.
Mid January 2013 I hit my first goal of 190 Lbs
183ish Lbs; about 2 months into lifting
Just a couple weeks ago...180ish. Only 3 Lbs lighter on the scale than my 183 pic, but 2% down on BF to 18%-19%. I'm doing maintenance currently and focusing on my lifts...I'm still leaning out, but my weight doesn't fluctuate much these days, which is the plan.0 -
