I put in the recipe and it came out per sandwich: 95 cal, 17 carbs, 2 fat, 1 protein, 100 sodium, 5 sugar.

I would rather eat 'real' ice cream too. this is just an easy, occasional, low-guilt snack for the dog days.
a lot of carbs for such a small treat, not very good macros.

Where's the ice cream in the recipe, did you forget it?
Not seeing the ice cream, either...
    Cool Whip Free Ingredients (16):
Water, Corn Syrup, Vegetable(s) Oil Hydrogenated (Coconut Oil Hydrogenated, Palm Kernel Oil Hydrogenated) , Corn Syrup High Fructose, Contains less than 22% of Sodium Caseinate from milk, Flavor(s) Natural & Artificial, Food Starch Modified, Xanthan Gum and, Guar Gum, Polysorbate 60, Polysorbate 65, Sorbitan Monostearate, Sodium Hydroxide, Beta Carotene color(s)
I'd rather have a moderate amount of the real deal good stuff and be satisfied than what's listed above and wonder WTF did I just eat and still be hangry. Not all fat is bad, just keep it real. Hell, I still have a box of Dream Whip in my pantry from a WW stint about 10 years ago... I should probably throw that out by now... Never got around to trying it. :ohwell:

Did you happen to crunch the numbers on one of these? curious as to what the cals/fat/etc come out to.
These might be good for someone who is lactose intolerant since there really isn't much in the way of actual milk in them.
