    cottage cheese
    ricotta cheese
    oatmeal
    coffee
    almond milk

oatmeal, coffee and almond milk ARE AWESOME!

    honestly, give them a try

oatmeal with brown sugar and a bit of milk (porridge)

    coffee is good any way.

almond milk you just drink it.

soo not as bad as say, entrails.

I have tried oatmeal a thousand times and the texture of it I can't get it down gives me a horrible gag reflex.
Coffee can't stand the smell and I have also tried especially after my first kid.
Almond milk the taste is awful tried it with my smoothies and it makes me want to vomit
I am a firm believer in trying anything at least once sometimes its a fail and sometimes I find something I never would have eaten before.

Not many... I am not very picky. I do not like cilantro (Coriander) OR rhubarb! YUCK!

mmmm! You haven't tasted my home-grown, forced, baby-pink rhubarb...!
    and I LOVE Coriander!

Only things on my 'NO' list
    1. Tripe (my French Gran used to try and feed it to us - bleagh)
    2. fake/processed food like pop-tarts, or those McDonalds fruit pie things, American sliced rubber 'cheese', food that comes in squirty cans like cheese (again) or 'cream', stuff flavoured with saccharine and chemicals masquerading as strawberry etc, white pappy bread that squashes to nothing and sticks to the roof of your mouth (McDonalds buns) - etc etc etc, you get my drift.

It seems lima beans are almost universally reviled, they should just be made illegal, really...

I remember my parents tried to make us kids eat liver once when I was little. LIKE WE DIDN'T KNOW SOMETHING WAS UP! They both were standing against the stove smiling weirdly and nodding their heads up and down, saying, "It's steak, it's steaaaaaak..." Blecch

Cottage cheese and apple sauce... I can't stand them... they remind me of something far less appetizing.

ok, im trying to imagine what but I cant.

    so what?

mmm... I'm not a fan of cold apple sauce. hot would be ok. not cold so much.

people, expand your palettes if you can!

Trust me I have a very expanded food palate. I've had deep fried crickets, liver, kidneys, ostrich, beef balls, raw fish, raw octopus, escargot and many more things.

I find cold apple sauce or cottage cheese reminds me of vomit. The appearance and texture both.

You sound like a food cheerleader.

Cottage Cheese - Its the chalky, weird texture.
Any Animal Organ such as Liver, Heart, Tongue... ETC - Never interested me
Steak / Red Meat - Dislike the texture and flavor of any of it
Shrimp / Sea Muscles / Lobster / Oyster - Can't stand the taste or textures
Green Beans - Can't stand the texture or smell
Greek Yogurt - I'll stick to my regular yogurt. Greek Yogurt has a terrible mouth feel, makes me gag.
Raw Tomato - Texture makes me gag not to mention it tastes terrible.
Canned Fruit and veggies - They have this nasty slimy texture that I can't get past.
