need a bit of motivation! any 5ft6ers (ish) out there?

i don't have too much to lose (about 14lbs), however i am really struggling to lose the last few pounds!

im 5ft and currently 153lbs but would love to get to 135lbs-140lbs

is there anyone out there who has these stats and could give me some tips or some help on how they did it? are the last few pounds always harder to lose? also im not sure if i should be upping my calories because its only about a stone? or to lower them more to try and get them off?

they WILL go!!!!!!! just how??

    there is no spoon.

simply a moderate deficit,1g of protein for each pound of body weight to minimize muscle loss,
and heavy strength training. if you're doing cardio, limit it to 2 days a week, or not at all if you don't have the energy.
save your energy for the lifts, fuel your workouts. it's very simple, just try to be patient. focus on measurements not the scale.
focus on your improvements in fitness. set new goals and smash them. stay consistent. remember rest is just as important to muscle building as the gym and fuel.

edit to add at this close to goal, you'll need a slight deficti of say 5-10% subtracted from your TDEE. make sure your calculations are as accurate as possible. don't eat back calories if you're using this method, and listen to your body if you're hungry. adjust your calories a little at a time till you get it right.

appparently losing 14 inches in 5 weeks isn't enough progress for some people
