My highest weight was 215. I started on here at 209, my CW is 155 and my goal is 145. The last 10 pounds have been a real ***** to lose!0

I'm 5'6" and have a small frame
Before I got pregnant with baby #1: 145lbs
After I gave birth: 205lbs
Before I got pregnant with baby #2: 112lbs
Currently at almost 25 weeks pregnant: 135
GW: 115lbs with a lower bf% than I had before0 -
Hi, I'm 5'7" and currently 164ibs hoping to get to 140lbs then see how I feel! Haven't been anywhere close to that weight for at least 10 years so who knows??
Good luck!0 -
I'm that awkward height between 5ft 5 and 5ft 6 - 5ft 5.6 inches exactly.
Starting Weight (gulp) - 297lbs
Current Weight - 237.4lbs
Goal Weight - 140lbs - But, to be honest, whenever I am happy and healthy and can sustain my weight properly. I'm not that fussed about the scales.0 -
SW: 236
CW: 209
GW: ~140
I want to get to 18-20% BF as my ultimate goal. Not sure what my weight will be at that point. It's currently at 37.7%, and I started at 42%0 -
SW: 210
CW: 158
GW: 150
That's a healthy BMI at 150 and it's getting really hard to lose!0 -
HI, I'm 5ft 6, started out at 214lbs and would love to get to 140lb, that will the slimmest I've been since high school, 21 years ago! Also have a larger frame and know I will really struggle with the last stone :ohwel:
I saw one of your previous posts about losing in the 1st couple of weeks and then not losing anything - how did you manage to get over that? I'm having the same problem at the moment, I think I really need to rethink what I'm eating, when and my exercise too.0 -
I've got a medium build. My starting weight was 188 lbs, my goal weight is 115 lbs.0

5'6" here too.
SW-181
CW-177
GW-1300 -
I'm between 5'5" and 5'6" just now.
Start weight: around 190 odd lbs (I don't remember exactly, towards the higher end of the 190s though) - I was around 7/8 months post partum after a 10lb odd baby!
I'm not sure of my current weight after an EDNOS binge/purge relapse I'm heavier than my last recorded weight, but avoiding the scales until I get my workouts/attitude to food sorted (maybe a week on Monday and I'll check). I'd guess mid 140s though, I was mid 130s, and after 3 weeks of eating abour 4000+kcal per day it seems likely.
My first UG was set at 126lbs (9stone exactly in the UK), however, depending on how I look I'd try for 119lbs (8.5 stone in the UK).0 -
Hi i'm 5'6
SW 304

GW 160 - possibly lower, but want some shape curves so we'll see

I'm very similar!
5'6"
Very wide shoulders (ppl would tease I'm a linebacker -- use to bother me, but not anymore)
Just sort of "stocky" kind of gal
SW: 178 (when I started this) -- highest maybe 198-195?
CW: 151
Goal: 150 --- if I'm less later, then great!
I've really started to just ensure that I'm eating good (unprocessed stuff) and the wt loss is a side effect. Keep moving so the endorphins stay up, etc.
I no longer buy into the calories in vs calories out motto -- esp not after reading "Why We Get Fat" -- such an eye opener and so much truth!! I no longer believe if I just work out harder or eat less, then I will be lean and fit ... just not true! Its all about the quality that we eat. But I digress!
I don't know, sometimes I think ppl shoot for too low of a number and that's all it is ... a number! I look damn good at 150 haha0 -
I'm 5'6" my starting weight was around 212. I'm now down to 145 goal weight is somewhere between 130-135, but most days I'm content with 1450

-
Started at 146lbs. Goal is 130lbs. I've been stalled at 140 since February. Feel free to add me!0
-
5'6.5 - I have a reasonably big frame, well pretty curvy anyway. At my highest I was around 190-195 (not sure exactly), now 136 and aiming for 130-133. Fell like I'm perfectly happy with my size now but just want to lose a little bit of fat off stomach and thighs.0

5'6"
HW: 275+ (not exactly sure)
SW: 273.8 lbs
CW: 239,9

I have quite a big frame and I have no intention of getting skinny. I want to have a soft look, not tones - I just want my legs to tone upThat's my dream body, hope it will work out :P

I started lifting heavy a couple of weeks ago and I am curious to see how that helps with my body transformation. I am less concerned with the number on the scale and more concerned with how I look on the beach this summer!0 -
Hi there!
I am about 5'7 with "broad" shoulders as well. I'm 25 and have been overweight my whole life...
SW: 215lbs
CW: 175lbs
GW for now is 155, and i'll see how I look there
Everyone feel free to add me! I love MFP and all of the motivation and support!!!0 -
Haven't fixed on a final goal weight yet - keep changing my mind. Figure I'll know it when I get there. In meantime, I set small goals.
(Current one: lose the 9kg I put on on a cruise!)
I don't want to be skinny - I have a large frame, an hourglass figure and I have decent muscles and swimmers shoulders, so will probably stay just above recommended bmi.
SW: 342+
CW: 194
nextGW: 183
Probable final GW: 1540 -
SW: 190 lbs
CW: 140 lbs (people tell me I'm skinny but I don't feel it, I know I can be better)
GW: 130 lbs0 -
I want to get to 18-20% BF as my ultimate goal. Not sure what my weight will be at that point.
I started at 130lbs 29% body fat and am currently 130lbs 26/9% BF.
I'm not as concerned about my weight number as I am about the body fat. If I'm 130 with 19% BF I'll be very happy (and very ripped!)0 -
I am in the same boat as you... I am 5'5" & current weight is 170 , my goal weight is 130
slowly but surely... I just have to keep myself motivated & stop putting bad food into my body... my main weakness is sweets of any kind
Good luck!!

First year uni has not been kind. With the freshmen 15lb added, I'm aiming to get even skinnier than before that time.
So I'm 5'6.
SW: 165lb

Like a lot of posts before, I want to have around a 20% bf, but I'm stuck at 25/26% ish.0 -
