When your hubby thinks you're up to something just cause you're excited to be doing a HIIT class at the gym.
On mothers day you drag the whole family round looking for a sports bra.
You start saving to get a HRM for yourself.
You go into a clothes store and try on UK size 12 clothes and they look GOOD! Start dancing in changing rooms!
You ring said hubby to squee over clothing achievement and he says 'wait another month and you'll fit a size 10'.... he believes it will and can be done.

1) You don't look at other girl's outfits anymore - you look at their *kitten* to see if they squat.
2) Your friends come to you for lifting and diet advice
3) Your eye twitches and you double face palm when you hear your friend saying she just wants to 'tone up'.
4) Your sports bras and yoga pants are taking over your wardrobe.
5) You grab heavy shopping bags from your BF and insist you want to carry them.0 -
I scheduled my heaviest workout purposely on monday, so i can take all those football snacks and turn them into muscle!0
