Hello! I have been here before but deleted my account because I was using too many on-line sites. I had a FitBit at the time, too, but I have since lost it--twice. Anyway, I always like the Food and Exercise logs here, so I've returned. I still plan to get the FitBit Flex (I am on the waiting list), but I had some problems with how it synced with MFP. Not sure how I will handle that. We'll see.
Anyway, I am a 54-year old menopausal woman who wants to lose 45 pounds. I lost 40 over the past two years, but I hit a plateau in late 2012. I was recently advised to increase my calories since I'm pretty active outside of work. Looking forward to getting on track and dropping some more pounds.
