HEALTHY High Calorie Foods

Hi everyone!

I recently re-evaluated my goals and found that I should be eating about 300 calories more per day than I was. I went from 1500 to 1800.

I am having a hard time finding foods that are still healthful, but higher in calories. I have basically cut out bread from my diet - I do have a bagel from time to time if I wasn't able to grab breakfast from home before I go to work. Most of what I eat is meat, vegetables and dairy.

I cut out peanut butter before because it was so high calorie, so I plan to re-introduce peanut butter, but what are some other higher calorie foods that you enjoy that are still HEALTHY?

    nut butters of all kinds
    dark chocolate
    avocado
    nut and seed oils

    full fat dairy, full fat salad dressings, olive oil, cheese, Greek yogurt

    Nuts, greek yogurt, honey (although it is high in sugar), potatoes, rice, dried fruit
